Air Liquide annonce avoir pris une participation de 18,6% dans le capital de la société canadienne Hydrogenics Corporation, un spécialiste des équipements de production d’hydrogène par électrolyse et des piles à combustible.
Cette opération stratégique, qui correspond à un investissement de 20,5 millions de dollars américains (18 millions d’euros), permet au Groupe de réaffirmer son engagement à long terme dans les marchés de l’hydrogène énergie et son ambition d’être un acteur majeur dans la fourniture d’hydrogène décarboné notamment pour l’industrie et les marchés de la mobilité.
