La société BERNI, entreprise de charcuterie et de salaisons située en Lorraine, a récemment travaillé sa performance industrielle en partenariat avec Agria Grand Est, association d’industriels qui a pour vocation d’accompagner toutes les IAA du Grand Est dans leurs projets d’innovation, de performance, de qualité.

Ainsi, des économies importantes ont pu être mises en avant en réorganisant la production (modification du nombre de personnes par postes, réaffectation de charges sur les machines…)

Ce témoignage permettra donc d’aborder les points suivants:
