« Répondre au défi de la naturalité. Les solutions proposées aux entreprises agroalimentaires du Grand Est »
Dans le cadre d’une action collective naturalité, Agria Grand Est et les centres ACTIA proposent un accompagnement pour reformuler vos produits alimentaires au naturel en 3 étapes :
1 – Analyse des pratiques : état des lieux sur les gammes de produits, les recettes, ingrédients et procédés mis en œuvre
2 – Diagnostic Naturalité : réalisation du diagnostic sur un ou deux produits et proposition d’un plan d’actions avec identification des expertises pour chaque axe de progrès
3 – Appui au lancement des actions de reformulation : Coordination entre l’entreprise et le ou les centres techniques identifiés pour la reformulation : mise en relation et proposition d’un devis en fonction du cahier des charges

Cette rencontre régionale se déroulera en deux temps :
– Matin : Présentation de l’action Naturalité et interventions/échanges sur le thème de la naturalité (interventions Agria Grand Est, Aerial – Institut Technique Agro-Industriel, SYNPA – les ingrédients alimentaires de spécialité)
– Après-midi : Visite des laboratoires de recherche-développement d’Aerial (analyse sensorielle, microbiologie, physico-chimie/nutrition) et rendez-vous individuels pour les entreprises intéressées par le diagnostic Naturalité proposé par Agria Grand Est Pour participer gratuitement, merci de vous inscrire via le lien suivant : Inscription Naturalité en région
Ce moment d’échange en présentiel ou digital selon vos possibilités est réservé aux entreprises IAA du Grand Est.
