Conférence « L’innovation, comme principal facteur de création de valeur économique »

Michel SALOFF COSTE de l’Université catholique de Lille explore depuis 5 ans, avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire de chercheurs et d’acteurs d’entreprise, les vingt plus importants écosystèmes innovants de la planète. Il a présenté certains résultats de ses recherches lors de sa conférence. La nature d’un écosystème innovant, ses caractéristiques, ses acteurs, ses facteurs de performances ont été présentés.
Les points saillants de sa présentation ont été :
– L’importance du partage de l’information et de la vitesse
de circulation de ces informations.
– Les notions de co-opétition, d’open innovation, de parties prenantes multiples, qui créent une dynamique relationnelle riche, comme des facteurs de réussite des écosystèmes innovants.
– Stratégie créative, prospective et animation collaborative, comme piliers de l’innovation collaborative.

Table ronde des acteurs accompagnant l’innovation

Une table ronde éclairante a ensuite eu lieu avec les acteurs nationaux et régionaux accompagnant l’innovation.

– Yves GODEFERT du CRITT TJFU a présenté comment l’Association Française des Centres de Ressources Technologiques (AFCRT) facilite le développement de projets innovants pour les entreprises en impliquant des compétences plurisectorielles.

– Marc SCHMITT de l’IFBM a réalisé un focus sur le réseau national des Centres techniques agro-alimentaires (ACTIA) et la mise en synergie des compétences de ses centres pour l’accompagnement des TPE/PME agro-alimentaire dans leurs projets innovants.

– Nicolas THEVENIN de RITTMO Agroenvironnement a précisé la collaboration mise en place entre les CRITT de la Bioéconomie Grand Est depuis plusieurs années.

– Cécile RAPHOZ d’Agria Grand Est a expliqué le rôle des CRITT Interface/CDT pour permettre aux entreprises agro-alimentaires d’accéder aux différents réseaux d’innovation et bénéficier de leurs compétences pour leur projet innovant.

Romain PETIT de Grand Nancy Innovation, a illustré la dynamique d’innovation à l’échelle d’une Métropole comme le Grand Nancy.

Brigitte JAMART de la Délégation Régionale Académique de la Recherche et de l’Innovation (DRARI) a présenté les avantages pour les entreprises de s’adresser aux structures labellisées, et comment le ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur, de la Recherche et de l’Innovation soutient l’innovation au travers de ces structures.

Céline LAISNEY du cabinet Alimavenir, a apporté sa vision en réponse à ces questions lors de son intervention, pour aborder une réalité probable de notre future alimentation. La végétalisation de l’alimentation, la diversification des protéines, les aliments qui auront disparus, les nouveaux comportements alimentaires, l’économie circulaire de l’alimentation, … ont été des thématiques explorées.

7ème édition du concours Inoval – le concours d’innovation régionale du Grand Est

La 7ème édition a été particulièrement riche pour Inoval – le concours de l’innovation agroalimentaire du Grand Est :
– 40 dossiers de candidatures éligibles, provenant de tout le Grand Est.

– 15 finalistes.

– 1 marraine d’exception, Céline Laisney du Cabinet Alimavenir- 1 jury avec des représentants de la BPI, GrandEnov, INPI, ENSAIA, et de nos partenaires Ademe, Groupama Grand Est, Crédit Agricole Lorraine et You’ll Never Sell Alone.

– 500 votants pour le prix consommateurs : merci pour cette mobilisation.
– 1 exposition des finalistes Inoval et des partenaires, avec de nombreux échanges et rencontres : merci aux entreprises mobilisées.
– 5 lauréats récompensés : merci pour leur émotion.

Pour cette 7ème édition, 5 innovations ont été récompensées. Elles étaient portées par des lauréats, qui ont en commun un engagement très marqué pour les enjeux sociétaux et de durabilité, en lien avec l’agroalimentaire.

Le colloque de l’innovation en agroalimentaire faisait partie du programme des Food Innovation Days.

En 2021, les principaux acteurs fédérés de l’innovation et de l’alimentaire du Grand Est ont organisé pour la première fois, du 19 au 24 juin 2021 à Nancy, une grande semaine nationale dédiée à la foodtech pour mettre en synergie différentes manifestations d’excellence.
