La transition écologique comme les évolutions démographiques sont des crises longues qui se doivent d’être anticipées pour en limiter leurs effets et ne pas les subir. Financée par l’ADEME et les Fonds de Mercy, l’action collective TACTE, opérée par Agria Grand Est et le cabinet PACT accompagne les entreprises
agroalimentaires pour anticiper et réussir la transformation écologique.

Cette action a 3 objectifs :

identifier avec les entreprises les conditions de réussite des transitions écologiques, en particulier au regard des transformations de métiers (santé
et compétences) et d’organisation,
profiter de cette transition écologique pour accélérer la prise en compte du facteur humain dans l’organisation et l’articulation de la vie professionnelle et sociale, pour en faire un atout demain,
promouvoir et encourager des pratiques vertueuses qui permettent cette transition auprès de l’ensemble des entreprises agroalimentaires.

Le travail dans l’agroalimentaire est déjà challengé par des difficultés de recrutement et d’attractivité. Une certitude, la transition écologique va affecter les métiers et l’organisation de la filière. Mais comment ?

Dans le cadre de la première phase de l’opération TACTE, Agria Grand Est, a mis en place un questionnaire à destination des entreprises agroalimentaires sur la transition écologique. Le questionnaire a permis de mieux comprendre les situations des entreprises agroalimentaires et de repérer les besoins. Les résultats ont permis de situer les entreprises ayant répondu au questionnaire par rapport à leurs pairs et de renforcer l’action de chaque entreprise sur le terrain. La deuxième phase de l’action a permis de réaliser un état des lieux de chaque entreprise désireuse d’anticiper l’enjeu agro-écologique
(innovation, processus, compétences, santé-sécurité…), puis une restitution à chaque entreprise : réalisations, dynamique, conditions de succès, opportunités… L’action et les accompagnements dans ce contexte se poursuivent jusqu’en septembre 2024 avec le cabinet PACT et les Fonds de Mercy.
