« Nourrir sainement de la terre à l’assiette », Triballat-Noyal en a fait son credo. Le groupe familial s’est associé au projet de méthanisation collective Enerfées, porté par la communauté de communes de la Roche-aux-Fées (35), aux côtés d’Engie Biogaz, de la société Eilan, du Syndicat départemental d’énergie 35 et de la Coopérative des fermiers de Janzé. « Beaucoup de nos déchets sont très méthanisables. Et pour ce type de projet, l’idéal était de s’associer à d’autres partenaires car ce sont des filières qui demandent un vrai savoir-faire », a déclaré Olivier Clanchin lors d’une conférence organisée par Engie à Rennes…
